Grilled Pork Chops on Spot

Tender and juicy grilled Pork Chops are perfect for any occasion—romantic dates, family dinner, anniversaries, reunions, and more! Pork is great lean meat with lots of flavor. When I buy Pork Chops, I always prefer them to be an inch thick so that they maintain their moist tenderness. Some prefer boneless Pork Chops, but I like it with the bone since it also helps add great flavor.

Brine your Pork Chops even for a short time; it helps provide a little wiggle room on doneness. If you’re the type of person who is forgetful and cooks the chops for a minute or two too long, the brine will help keep the meat moist. Believe me, it’s a lifesaver. Also watch the heat, pork is not good in high heat. Put it over a hot fire and you will end up with a tough piece of meat. Best if you setup your grilling for indirect grilling. Put a quick sear on both sides of the chop, and then move it to the indirect-heat area for slower cooking.
